Exness Minimum Withdrawal — why a route can be missing from the list — Bahrain
The withdrawal form lists routes that are available to one account, not everything that exists. Four reasons a familiar route is absent, and what an empty line means for the smallest sum that can be taken out.
Open Exness Account →An empty line in the withdrawal form is not proof that a route does not exist. Four states produce the same blank: the route has never been attached to this account, it works only for adding funds, it is not offered in the currency the account was opened in, or the whole list is being held short until the profile check finishes. The smallest sum that can be taken out belongs to the route, so an absent route shows no figure either — the missing line and the missing number are one fact, not two.
Four reasons a route is not on the list
- Not attached to the account yet — the route exists at the broker and has never been added and confirmed here.
- Incoming only — some routes carry money in and are not offered in the opposite direction.
- Not offered in the currency the account was opened in, which was fixed at signup and is not edited later.
- Held back while the profile check is still open, which keeps the list short until it finishes.
- The smallest sum belongs to the route rather than to the account, so a route that is not listed shows no figure either.
Four empty lines and what each one means
| What the form shows | What it means | What changes it |
|---|---|---|
| The route is absent from the list entirely | It has never been attached to this account | Adding and confirming it inside the Personal Area |
| The route appears only when adding funds | It works in one direction | Choosing a route that is offered in both directions |
| The route is listed but cannot be selected | It is not offered in the base currency of the account | The base currency was fixed when the account was opened |
| The list is short and a notice sits above it | The profile check is still open | Finishing verification releases the rest of the list |
Attached, not merely existing
A route becomes usable for one account only after it has been added there and confirmed. Until that happens it is real everywhere else and invisible here, which is the single most common reason a trader reads the list as incomplete. The form is not a catalogue of what the broker supports; it is a list of what this account has already established.
Direction is the second surprise. Some routes are built to bring money in and are not offered in the opposite direction, so a route used successfully at the start of the relationship can be missing at the end of it without anything having changed.
Currency and the profile check
The base currency of an account is chosen once, at signup, and everything the account does is expressed in it afterwards. A route that does not serve that currency cannot appear as a usable line, and no setting inside the account changes which currency it was opened in.
The fourth cause is temporary and the easiest to mistake for the others. While a profile check is still open the list is deliberately short, so a route that was expected simply is not drawn yet. Finishing the check releases the rest of the list without any further request.
Why no single smallest sum is printed
The smallest sum that can be taken out is a property of the route rather than of the account, which is why the form shows a figure next to a route and nothing at all next to an empty line. Reading the number therefore depends on the route being present first, and a search for one account-wide figure will not find one.
This also explains why two accounts at the same broker can report different floors on the same day. They are not being treated differently; they simply have different routes established, and each route brings its own figure with it.
Reading a short list before contacting anyone
- Check whether the profile verification is finished — an open check keeps the list short on purpose.
- Look at the funding side of the same screen: a route that appears there and not here works in one direction only.
- Check the base currency of the account, which was fixed at signup and decides which routes can be offered.
- If the route is genuinely absent from both sides, add and confirm it in the Personal Area first.
- Read the figure only after the route is on the list: the smallest sum travels with the route, not with the account.
Three of the four causes are settled inside the account without contacting anyone.
